Key Partnership to Drive Energy Investments in Sub-Saharan Africa's Energy Transition

Over 600 million people in sub-Saharan Africa lack access to electricity, leaving communities to rely on unsafe cooking methods, limited lighting solutions, access to radio and TV and other resources which require electricity. Rooted in the ethos of improving the lives of lower-income communities, particularly women in Africa, Ener-G-Africa’s sustainable energy products are designed to not only address this, but also tackle the challenges of climate change.
Since becoming a Power Africa partner in 2022, Ener-G-Africa has leveraged the networking opportunities offered by over 200 private sector partners, 12 U.S. government agencies, and 22 development partners within the Power Africa Initiative.
